Return/Refund policy
Returns: We DO NOT accept product returns as these are personal care items and doing so would be unsanitary. However, refunds will be issued given the customer contacts customer care at MoonGladeNaturalsShop@gmail.com within 10 days of product delivery. Please see below for more details.
Refunds: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us, we would love the opportunity to make it right. Please note that you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund (less shipping and tax). Any requests after 10 days will be issued on a case by case basis. Be advised that refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Requests are processed via email at MoongGladeNaturalsShop@gmail.com. Please include:

*Order # (Found on packing slip)
*Date of Purchase
*Item(s) Purchased
*Describe reasoning for requested refund
Once a refund has been issued you will receive an email, confirmation #, and dollar amount of return (less shipping and tax). You will not receive a return shipping label as we do not accept returns.
