Returns: We DO NOT accept product returns as these are personal care items and doing so would be unsanitary. However, refunds will be issued given the customer contacts customer care at MoonGladeNaturalsShop@gmail.com within 10 days of product delivery.   Please see below for more details.

Refunds:     If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us, we would love the opportunity to make it right. Please note that you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund (less shipping and tax). Any requests after 10 days will be issued on a case by case basis. Be advised that refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.  Requests are processed via email at MoongGladeNaturalsShop@gmail.com. Please include:

*Order # (Found on packing slip)

*Date of Purchase

*Item(s) Purchased

*Describe reasoning for requested refund

        Once a refund has been issued you will receive an email, confirmation #, and dollar amount of return (less shipping and tax).  You will not receive a return shipping label as we do not accept returns. 

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to start a withdrawal request: Visit your account at https://account.moongladenaturals.com, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request. You may also contact us at MoonGladeNaturalsShop@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.

Returning your items: Once you notify us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the items within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Your refund: We will refund the full price of the item(s) plus the standard outbound shipping cost you paid. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items or proof of shipment, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please note: The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain personal care or hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery, as these cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. If this applies to your order, we will let you know at the time of your request.
